KALE CHIPS
Perfect for savory snack lovers! Kale chips are loaded with powerful antioxidants, vitamins C and K.
Be prepared to eat the whole pan in one serving...and maybe even lick your plate! Not that I do that **shifty eyes**

You will need:
organic kale
almond oil (or avocado, coconut or olive oil)
Celtic salt
nutritional yeast

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and de-stem kale. Chop or tear into bite size pieces. Spin in a salad spinner or dab them with a towel to get all the water off. This will help them get crispy. If the
leaves are wet, they will turn out soggy.
Lay the kale out on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Massage almond oil (or avocado, coconut or olive oil) into the kale and sprinkle Celtic salt and ground pepper over them. The massage part is very important, so don't half-ass this part, they won't turn out as good ;)

Sprinkle Nutritional Yeast over the tops (amazing health benefits including a boost of B-12 and it gives them a "cheesy" taste!)
Once the oven is preheated, place in over for 10-11 minutes,

Enjoy and share the recipe with your friends!

*PRO TIP: if they're not all turning out crispy, you may need to take them out of the oven and flip them and continue for another 3-5 minutes. Every oven is different. Some people have brand new, professional ovens in their homes, some have whatever the apartment complex installed many years ago. They are not the same!
It takes time to learn our ovens and perfect recipes. Practice makes perfect and perfecting these kale chips are SO worth it!
