FORBIDDEN FALAFEL DISH
You will need:
1 c forbidden rice
2 c water
Falafel burger
3-5 fresh tomatoes
handful of kale micro greens
handful of cashews
handful of pine nuts
2 tsp coconut oil
Prep your forbidden rice. (1 c rice + 2 c water or homemade nut milk)
Heat pan on medium heat.
Add coconut oil to pan.
Add falafel and cashews. Cook for around 4 minutes on each side or until lightly brown.
Add pine nuts and cook for another 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Take out of pan and set aside.
Wash and slice fresh tomatoes.
Wash kale micro greens.
When the forbidden rice is done, spread out on a plate.
Add the falafel on top of the rice.
Add the fresh tomatoes.
Top with the kale micro greens.
Line the rice with the cashews and pine nuts.
